We charge a 55% fee for canceling less than 48 hours ahead and for no shows. An appointment is considered a no-show if a client is more than 15 minutes late. Deposits are non-refundable.

After a year of getting my own lashes done I fell in love with the process, I started going to lashly as a client and was always treated so perfect it made me feel like home.
